1/2 Beef Share (Deposit)

This is a deposit for a 1/2 beef. The final price will depend on the hanging weight of the beef when sent to the butcher. We charge $8/lb for hanging weight, including cut and wrap. Sausages, jerky, hamburgers etc. are additional. We will email you when there is a ¼ beef share available. You are billed for the final amount upon pickup or delivery. 

Our butcher is in Grimshaw, AB. But delivery can be arranged to you.
